About the role
We are hiring a product designer in Amman who treats the Arabic interface as its own design problem rather than a mirrored copy. You will work on client products and our own, from research through to a component library our engineers build from.
What you will do
- Run user research and usability sessions in Arabic and English
- Design bilingual interfaces where RTL is designed, not flipped
- Build and maintain a component library with both directional variants
- Work directly with engineers through implementation
- Make accessibility a default rather than a final audit
How we work
We work in two-week cycles with a demonstration at the end of each. Code is reviewed by a colleague before it merges, tests ship with features rather than afterwards, and we write things down so nobody becomes a single point of failure.
Our office is in Khalda, Amman. We work Sunday to Thursday and we mean it when we say the week ends on Thursday. Hybrid arrangements are normal and agreed per person rather than dictated by policy.
