About the role

We are looking for a machine learning engineer in Jordan who is more interested in models that ship than models that score well on a held-out set. Most of our work is applied: forecasting, document intelligence and anomaly detection for clients whose data is messy and whose deadlines are real.

What you will do

  • Build and evaluate models against a defined business metric
  • Own the deployment path, monitoring and retraining schedule
  • Work with Arabic text, which behaves differently from English
  • Audit client data honestly and say when it will not support the model
  • Explain results to non-technical stakeholders without hand-waving

How we work

We work in two-week cycles with a demonstration at the end of each. Code is reviewed by a colleague before it merges, tests ship with features rather than afterwards, and we write things down so nobody becomes a single point of failure.

Our office is in Khalda, Amman. We work Sunday to Thursday and we mean it when we say the week ends on Thursday. Hybrid arrangements are normal and agreed per person rather than dictated by policy.

What we offer

  • Salary reviewed annually against the Jordanian market, not against what you last earned
  • Social security and private medical insurance
  • A training budget you are expected to actually spend
  • Real ownership of your work, including the decisions inside it
  • Bilingual working environment across Arabic and English

How to apply

Send your CV through the form below. If your background is unusual but relevant, tell us why in the cover letter — we read them, and we have hired people whose CV alone would not have made the shortlist.
